Because GearX replied as follow http://www.gearx.co.kr/board/product/read.html?no=3579&board_no=6&page=7,
I couldn't win my dispute against uneven neckline sewing of front part of the shirt with the GearX product seller maxplaza at Ebay.
Also the seller claimed that he contacted with GearX and confirmed that the seller didn't get the factory seconds and the sewing was acceptable because the sewing had been done by the machine.
So, I finally made a conclusion that the GearX quality control level is very minimal - the company thinks uneven neckline sewing is acceptable for selling unlike other good sports brands.
You see, the front part of neckline sewing is the face of the garment.
We are online customers. We don't have a chance to check or sample the actual clothes before purchasing.
We see the product photo and expect the same qualities.
I didn't expect the perfection. If the uneven sewing were at the back or side, I wouldn't even contact the GearX or seller suspecting I might got factory seconds.
Again, I pretty disappointed by GearX and its product qualities.
Check the sewing and if you also think it is OK, surely I am not the right customer for GearX.
